Dr. Grover is excellent at what she does and, unlike at other practices where patients primarily see assistants, she personally sees her patients at every visit. She takes the time to explain both what and why she is doing, and always answers any questions you may have. My child’s treatment is now almost complete, and we are very happy with the results. The care and attention provided throughout their treatment have been exceptional. Dr. Grover is knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to explain procedures and answer our questions. My kids feel comfortable during their visits, and we've seen great results with their smiles. highly recommend Dr. Grover to anyone looking for a skilled and caring orthodontist.Posted on GoogleEdith Ramirez329 days agoEstoy muy agradecida con el servicio que obtuve en cool springs Orthodontics, mi hijo se realizo un tratamiento en esta clínica los doctores y Asistentes fueron muy profesionales los dientes de mi hijo están bonitos y su autoestima está muy bien ,ahora sonríe sin vergüenza a sus dientes mi hijo está feliz. Lo mejor de todo fue la forma de pago que se fue haciendo según sus citas no se pagan de una vez. El único inconveniente fue en from desk una de las chicas no era amable y cuando hacía preguntas ella contestaba muy mal aunque las últimas 3 veces que tocaba cita no la vimos allí era otra chica y ella si es amable pero para nosotros era incómodo hacerle preguntas a ella , pero ya con los doctores y asistentes todo de maravilla.
