The Doctor
Meet Dr. Shaifali Grover
Board-Certified Orthodontist · Practicing since 2009
Dr. Grover feels truly blessed to practice as an Orthodontist and for the opportunity to transform lives through creating beautiful and healthy smiles. While studying at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, she discovered her passion for orthodontics and dedicated her free time to learning in the Department of Orthodontics. She was honored to be accepted into the renowned University of Connecticut orthodontic program, where she completed her Master of Science degree and specialized orthodontic training. Her passion for excellence and patient care continues to inspire her every day.
She holds Diplomate status with the American Board of Orthodontics, is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics and the American Dental Association, and treats continuing education as a constant — not a chore.
She views orthodontics as a blend of art and science. Each smile is its own puzzle — and each patient deserves a treatment plan that fits their goals, their schedule, and their life. Outside the office she trains at Lifetime Fitness, reads constantly, and volunteers around Franklin.
“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass — it’s about learning how to dance in the rain.”
The Team
The People You’ll See Every Visit
A small team on purpose. Familiar faces, real relationships, fewer hand-offs.

Kyli Hall
Registered Dental Assistant
I love meeting new people and helping patients reach their dream smile! It is so amazing to see their confidence grow, and it is a rewarding feeling to know I was some part of it.

Michelle Flynn
Registered Dental Assistant
I find being an orthodontic assistant very fulfilling. I love working in patients’ mouths, and getting to know people over the course of their treatment is the best part. Outside of work, I keep very busy with my six children!

Courtney
Treatment Coordinator
I walk families through insurance, financing, and payment plans—translating fine print into something you can act on.
My goal is to work with you to make it work for you. Don’t ever hesitate to ask questions. I’m here to help and be a support throughout your orthodontic journey.

Melanie
Front Desk Coordinator
I’m originally from California, but love it here in Tennessee. I absolutely enjoy meeting new people and helping in any way I can. I will be answering most of your phone calls and making sure that you get seen regularly for your appointments. Feel free to bother me with any questions, and I look forward to welcoming you to our clinic.
Credentials
What Board Certification Actually Means
Board certification with the American Board of Orthodontics is a voluntary step beyond the two-to-three years of advanced training every orthodontist already completes. Dr. Grover holds it. Most orthodontists don’t.
The ABO was founded in 1929 and is the only orthodontic certifying board recognized by the American Dental Association. To earn the Diplomate title an orthodontist must demonstrate actual accomplishments in patient care across a broad range of case types — not just pass a test.
