A handful of things almost everyone wonders before their first visit — answered here so you don’t have to ask.
Your insurance card if you have orthodontic coverage — we’ll work up an estimate during the visit. If you’ve had a panoramic X-ray taken in the last six months, bring that too. Otherwise, just yourself.
Yes. Your first visit is complimentary — exam, photos, 3D scan, and a personalized recommendation. No commitment required.
Never. Dr. Grover walks you through your options and lets you take the recommendation home. There’s no pressure to start treatment that day, or ever.
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends an evaluation by age 7. Our 7 & Up Happy & Healthy Smiles Club exists for exactly this reason — complimentary monitoring visits until your child is ready (if ever).
We accept most orthodontic plans and will file the claim on your behalf. Bring your card and we’ll show you what’s covered.
That’s a common answer, especially for kids. We’ll tell you exactly when to come back, monitor growth in the meantime, and only start treatment when the timing is right.
