Meet Holly
Holly is the Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator. She is the friendly face at the front desk that answers your questions, schedules appointments, helps resolve concerns and makes your visit positive. Holly ensures that all the patient’s needs are met through every step of the process at Cool Water Orthodontics. She has been part of Cool Water Orthodontics team since 2012. Also, she is a Registered Dental Assistant who is certified in CPR, and holds certificates including: Dental Radiology, Coronal Polishing, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, and Sealant Certification, with a background in dentistry since 2004. Holly spends her free time with her son, Mason. Her hobbies include taking photos and reading.
Meet Melisa
Melisa is part of our front desk staff, handling patient check in and out, appointments and insurance verification She is a Tennessee transplant from California and spent the last 8 years enjoying all that Tennessee has to offer. Melisa has spent time as a Client Account Specialist working with hundreds of hospitals around the country properly retrieving their entitled compensation from insurance companies, as well as working in the medical field as a clinical Aesthetician and front desk patient specialist.
Meet Carissa
Carissa has been with Cool Water Ortho for 2 years and has had her RDA since 2010. She always loves coming up with new ideas to make the orthodontic experience more fun for her patients and her coworkers. Carissa knows and understands the confidence that a beautiful smile brings to her patients and is passionate about helping them achieve just that! Carissa’s favorite pastime outside of the office is spending time with her three beautiful children Kenzlynn 7, Kyleigh 6, Kingston 5, and her friends & family.
Meet Neeka
Neeka has been working with Dr. Michael and Cool Water Ortho since 2014 when she received her RDA. She takes pride in her work and always strives to give her patients their best experience towards a perfect smile! Neeka has her Coronal Polishing, Nitrious, Sealants, and CPR. She is a kind, warm hearted person to anyone she comes in contact with. Her passion outside of the office are her three grown children, Anahlea, Eden, and Cameron, her Fiance and Nashville Firefighter, Michael and her two rescue dogs, Rocky and Lena.
